The FLEX-5 Series features 5,000 pounds (22 kN) of pulling force and 7 mm (0.276 in) of available stroke. The tool is capable of installing rivet nuts from M3 to M10 and 6-32 to 3/8-24 & rivet nut studs from M5 to M8 and 10-24 to 5/16-24. The tool is based on an innovative modular design that offers the flexibility of both pull to pressure and pull to stroke installation methods allowing the proper method to be used based on the application requirements. The FLEX-5 Series has the ability to be upgraded to different levels of process monitoring and also offers upgrades such as conversion to an in-line tool and conversion to a split tool with a remote booster. It features a single stage trigger, automatic reverse with manual reverse bypass and socket head cap screw mandrel.

The FLEX-18 Tool is the strongest rivet nut installation tool on the market with a pulling force of 18,000 lbs. (80 kN) & 15mm (.591 inches) of available stroke. The tool is capable of installing rivet nuts from M8 to M20 and 5/16-18 to 3/4-16. The tool offers the flexibility of both pull to pressure and pull to stroke installation methods. The SFS FLEX-18 is a pistol-style grip tool with a remote booster unit attached. It has the ability to be upgraded to different levels of process monitoring and also offers the ability to be converted to an in-line tool. The tool features a single stage trigger, automatic reverse with manual reverse bypass and socket head cap screw mandrel for sizes up to 1/2-20 & M12.

The MS 100 is a hydro-pneumatic installation tool that is designed to install rivet nuts from 5/16-18 to 1/2-20. The tool features 8,000 lbs (36kN) of pulling force at 90 psi and 9 mm of stroke. It comes with a Mandrel and an Anvil.

Known as “Spin-Spin Tools,” this line of Pistol Grip Tools is designed to set the rivet nut to a pre-set torque allowing thin wall rivet nuts to be installed in various material thicknesses with no adjustment to the tool. Features quick change nose piece for head set replacement without tools.

The LHF 202 hand tool was designed to install any rivet nut ranging in size from  6-32 to 1/4-20 (M4-M6). The tool features foldable handles and comes in a convenient storage case. This tool is ideal for small production work
and prototyping of smaller sized rivet nuts. The Unified LHF Tool is sold with 8-32, 10-24, & 1/4-20 setups. The Metric LHF 202 Tool is sold with M4, M5, & M6 setups.

Presenting the Sherex designed hand installation tool which is capable of handling all styles of rivet nuts from 6-32 to 3/8-16 and M3 to M10. Tools may be purchased individually by size or in a wide variety of convenient kits. Each tool has the same body size, thereby requiring only one 11/16 inch ratchet and one 7/8 inch wrench to install all sizes and styles of rivet nuts. In addition, this line of hand installation tools uses a standard socket head cap screw as a mandrel, making replacement convenient and economical. This tool is ideal for prototyping or field repairs.

The M4 Heavy Duty Hand Tool was designed to install any rivet nut ranging in size from 1/4-20 to 1/2-20 (M6-M12). The tool features a heavy duty body and comfortable hand grips. This tool is ideal for small production work and prototyping of larger sized rivet nuts. The Unified M4 Tool is sold with 1/4-20, 5/16-18, 3/8-16, & 1/2-13 setups.
